Idlewild Students Break Sweat With CJ The Workout Kid
The students got to exercise with 10-year-old C.J. Senter - who wants working out to be fun - after PE teacher Ira Jarmson shaved his beard as part of a fundraiser that brought CJ to Lakewood.

Today, I visited Idlewild Elementary School, where students got a suprise guest: CJ The Workout Kid.
The Clover Park school earned a visit from 10-year-old CJ - whose real name is C.J. Senter - after PE teacher Ira Jarmon shaved his beard as part of a fundraiser. The students held a coin drive to encourage physical activity.

CJ lives in Atlanta, GA, but he has visited schools throughout the country. His main goal: to make fitness fun. He is one of the youngest youth fitness instructors and child motivators around.
