Rendering Truck Loses Animal Parts Near JBLM Main Gate
The Washington State Patrol Tweeted that the truck driver will be cited for not securing the load. Traffic on Interstate 5 backed up Thursday night.
Watch out if you're coming off Interstate 5 trying to access the JBLM Main gate Thursday night.
The Washington State Patrol spokesman Trooper Guy Gill Tweeted the following within the last hour:
"I know this doesn't look good but trust me, it smells even worse! Lanes still blocked, equipment is en route. "
The debris, Gill said, is animal parts from a rendering truck. The truck driver that lost the debris will be cited for failure to secure his load.
Right now, the two northbound lanes are still blocked.
