Building In Lakewood Towne Center Sold To Seattle Investor

The News Tribune is reporting that the building next to Lakewood City Hall has been sold for $3.9 million to Capital Pacific.

A prominent building in Lakewood Towne Center has a new owner, as the strip mall at 6020 Main St. SW has been sold to a Seattle Investor.

The News Tribune reported the following today:

Yuan Zhang, through a limited liability company, bought the retail center at 6020 Main St. for $3.9 million, the brokerage firm Capital Pacific announced this week. The center is fully occupied and features discount retailer Tuesday Morning and local restaurant Moon Rise Café.
The building has a prominent location - it's near Lakewood City Hall and is a parking lot away from a popular Starbucks.
