Good news, Lakewood foodies. Looks like we're getting a hamburger stand.
Lakewood City Manager Andrew Neiditz included this juicy morsel in his weekly report last week:
The new construction on the corner of Bridgeport Way SW and Steilacoom Blvd SW is for Delong’s Deluxe, a hamburger stand with walk-up service and outdoor seating. In addition to hamburgers, Delong’s Deluxe will serve fries, sodas, milkshakes and ice cream. The site is also designed to accommodate a future espresso stand in a separate building.
Mmmm. Fries, shakes and milkshakes. Sounds good.
