World-class food stylist Denise Vivaldo presents marketing seminar in Tacoma

Denise Vivaldo is a seasoned food professional with more than 20 years of catering experience. She has catered more than 10,000 parties and has cooked for such guests as two former US presidents, a prince, a state governor, as well as many celebrities, including the late Elizabeth Taylor. She is speaking about “Building Your Own Brand for a Better Bottom Line” on Wed., April 13 from 1 to 4 pm at the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Tacoma. She will address topics such as: Learn to define your brand in 15 words or less; sell fearlessly with confidence and marketing – work smart, not hard.

As a food stylist, Vivaldo has styled food for local and nationally syndicated television shows. She’s the author of several catering, chef and food styling books, which she will make available on April 13.

Recently, Vivaldo won the best design award for her book, “The Food Stylist’s Handbook” from the World Gourmand Paris Cookbook Fair. Vivaldo is also a food blogger for the Huffington Post, and has been a speaker for US Personal Chef Association, Catersource Las Vegas, USA Book Expo, The Spanish FotoFestival and International Association of Culinary Professionals.
