FACEBOOK REACTION: What Are You Drinking To Stay Cool?
We posed the question to Lakewood Patch Facebook users, and they offered an array of answers. With Friday's temperatures expected to reach the 90's, you might find some good beverages to help you stay cool.
I took to Lakewood Patch's Facebook page (please "Like" if you haven't already) Thursday afternoon with the following question:
What's everyone drinking today to stay cool? Ice water? Gatorade? Pepsi? Talk to me, Lakewood.

It prompted an array of responses. Here are some of my favorites:
"iced tea - northernstyle - no sugar!" - Clarene
"Cold beer!" - Renee
"water, water, water....now that it is 5 o"clock vodka cran with lime over ice." - Angela
"Toffee-nut Frappucino from Starbucks in Albertsons on Steilacoom!!!" - Genevieve

"ice water and moscato! :P" - Katherine
Thursday was hot. Today is expected to be just as hot, if not hotter. As in, 93 degrees hot, according to the National Weather Service.
