  • Where/When: 6 p.m. to 10 on Saturday, March 5th at the Mandolin Cafe.
  • Why Go: Come to the Mandolin Cafe this Saturday for a fun night of folk music. Heidi Vladyka opens the night at 6 p.m. with her raw acoustic folk tunes. Gayle Skidmore and Paul Mauer will finish the night off from 8 p.m. to 10.
  • Pricing: $5 cover.

  • Where/When: 7 p.m. to 11:30 on Saturdays at the Pastiche Wine Bar in Tacoma.
  • Why Go: Come groove to the swing, ballads and jazz tunes of Two Plus Two this Saturday at the Pastiche Wine Bar. Sample a few songs at the Two Plus Two website.
  • Pricing: No cover.

  • Where/When: Every Saturday, from 6 p.m. to 9 in the Rum Lounge of Stonegate.
  • Why Go: Come and enjoy a meal and drinks at Stonegate and let "Cary the Magician" take care of the entertainment with magic tricks right at your table.
  • Pricing: Food and drink prices are listed on Stonegate's online menu.

  • Where/When: 10 a.m. to 3pm on Saturday, March 5th at the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center.
  • Why Go: Check out the many businesses, organizations and individuals promoting economic growth through environmentally-sustainable practices.
  • Pricing: Free.

  • Where/When: The expo runs through Sunday, March 6th at the Puyallup Fair Grounds.
  • Why Go: If you're a quilter, sewer or anything in-between, you won't want to miss this event. With more than 400 booths to shop from, you're sure to find something to make the drive to Puyallup worthwhile.
  • Pricing: There is fre parking, and admission is $12 at the door.
