You Know You're from Lakewood When...
In response to the Facebook "You know you're from" trend that is flooding my news feed, Lakewood Patch encourages readers to chime in.
My personal Facebook feed has been filled with statements of nostalgia and reminiscing by my friends, families and acquaintances.
The statements usually start with "You know you're from..." followed by their hometown name and then a memory of something that isn't there anymore, or something that is a shared experience for all.
"You might be from Olympia if.... You went to the drive in where Fred Meyers is now. Then, bowling across the street at Lacey Lanes.
