Community Update

y husband and I own a house built by Bjorn. We recommend NOT buying in the Chateaus at Park Place, UP development. We bought our house in Oct 2011. My husband and I both deployed to Afghanistan & the builder (Bjorn Olson) said that he would finish our punch list items when we returned. Development went bankrupt while we were deployed & Bjorn has refused to honor his contact. The new owner has kept Bjorn on managing the HOA though we have informed them of his lack of care last summer for common areas (grass all died over the summer).
