Kiwanis Club of Clover Park Weekly

Kiwanis Club of Clover Park Weekly Update

Lakewood Community,

Have you ever idly thought to yourself, “I would like to give back to the community that I live in, but where do I start?” The answer is simple. Come down to the Ram Restaurant at 10019 59th Ave SW, Lakewood any Tuesday from 12:00-1:00 PM and the Kiwanis Club of Clover Park will show you what giving back to your community is all about.

We direct our passion to the enhancement of children in our community. When we help a child, we are helping the child’s family and child’s community as well. Join us as we give a child a chance to learn, experience, dream, and succeed. Help our volunteer group as we raise funds in support of various local programs.

Also, did you know that your first visit to our weekly meeting comes with free lunch? How could you pass that up? Come to the Ram Restaurant and see what we do. Help us help children and families throughout our community.

Here is a great example of what we do. We recently raised funds to provide $1000 dollars to the Carol Milgard Boys & Girls Club of Lakewood. Monies will be used to pay for membership for those families in need and will help purchase food for their after-school nutrition program.
