Community Update

I want everyone to know that Pho Hoa in Lakewood is very dirty and unsanitary. I worked there and witnessed shocking secrets.

Spring /Summer rolls are left outside room temperature and later served the customers through out the days and evenings.

The food preparers don't wash their hands or wear gloves when preparing your food. I witness one guy spit his mucous into the sink where the raw meat and shrimps are stored.

The kitchen floors are very dirty with food falling from the counter when the kitchen preparers and no one cleans it.

Vegetables are not being washed throroughly before serving. Containers are not being disinfected before being used.

They reused left over foods for the next day's meals.
You are lucky if you are not being sick after eating at this place.

I would avoid this place as it looks very clean from the outside, but in the kitchen it is shockingly dirty.

There are other cleaner Pho restaurants than this Pho Hoa in Lakewood.
