A three-car collision on southbound Interstate 5 in Lakewood involved a school bus.
The accident occurred around 1 p.m. near the Gravelly Lake Drive exit, according to a Tweet sent out by Washington Trooper Guy Gill.
He later Tweeted that the collision involved a school bus and that one child was being evaluated.
Clover Park spokeswoman Kim Prentice told Patch that the bus did belonged to First Student, not to the school district.
The Department of Transportation reports that one lane of traffic is blocked heading south.
Patch will have more on this story as it develops.
