The suspect reportedly shot at officers during a disturbance call early Monday.

Lakewood Police reportedly shot a man with bean bag rounds early Monday after he shot at them.

The News Tribune is reporting that the suspect, 29, shot at officers who were responding to a domestic call about 12:30 a.m., on 146th Street Southwest. The officers had the suspect's girlfriend, who was outside, call him inside the house.

After negotiating, the suspect stepped outside reportedly with a gun in his hand and threw it in the grass. Still, he refused to obey officers' commands and was shot with bean bags.
