No Arrests Yet In El Paraiso Restaurant Robbery

Lakewood Police hope residents will give them any clues about a suspect who robbed the business last week.

Lakewood Police have made no arrests yet in the robber of the El Paraiso Restaurant last week.

According to authorities, a man went into the restaurant shortly before 6 p.m.,in the 2500 block of 84th Street South.

"The suspect produced a note saying he wanted all the money and that he had a gun," according to Lakewood Police.

The clerk gave him the cash in the register, and the suspect fled on foot wesbound on 84th Street. He is described a s black male in his 20's, 5 feet, 6 inches, medium build, wearing a grey sweatshirt with no hood, light blue jeans, a white baseball cap, and carrying a blue backpack. The suspect also appeared to be missing a front tooth.
