Now Hiring: Pierce County Sheriff's Department

Do you have what it takes to be a law enforcement officer?    

The Pierce County Sheriff's Department is currently accepting applications for Entry-Level and In-State Lateral Deputy Sheriff.       

Applicants for Deputy Sheriff are required to pass a video-based scenario, reading and report writing examination and pass a physical fitness test through National Testing Network.     

They must also meet the department hiring standards and successfully complete the background investigation process.       

The Pierce County Sheriff's Department serves the second largest county in Washington with more than 795,000 residents in Pierce County.        

All testing must be completed by Wednesday, June 12, 2013 to be considered for this round of hiring.
