Remembrance Date Set for Lois Hosking, June Williams

The mother and daughter were tragically killed in a multiple vehicle accident in Northern California while on their way back home.

A remembrance date has been set for Lakewood residents Lois Hosking and June Williams after both suffered fatal injuries in a head-on collision with a semi-truck near the city of Yreka in Siskiyou County Northern California on Saturday, Sept. 24.

Diane Formoso, founder of Caring for Kids, said the remembrance date is scheduled for 11 a.m. Oct. 15 at the .

"They went to that church and they were heavily involved," Formoso said. "They helped with dinner once a month for people coming to the food bank."
