West Pierce Fire & Rescue responded to reports of a house fire, located at 10406 Cronins Drive SW at approximately 10:10 p.m. Friday evening, said West Pierce Spokesperson Jenny Sharp.
Firefighters arrived to find smoke and flames coming from the home and two occupants were inside when the fire broke out, Sharp said. Both escaped with no injuries and smoke damaged the entire home.
Red Cross will help the occupants for the time being and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
