Between June 2010 and January 2012, Page benefited at least $339,600 from the victim, who has several health problems including dementia. His wife has severe dementia and lives in an adult family home. By August 2011, Page was living with the man and supposedly was cooking and cleaning for him.

The woman spent the money on clothes, nail salons and gynecology appointments. She also frequented local casinos in Tacoma and Lakewood and charged more than $11,600 on the victim's debit card.

Court documents said Page and the victim, at one point, went to his attorney’s office where he attempted to change his will to name her as a beneficiary. However, the attorney refused due to the victim’s medical condition.

Lakewood Police arrested the woman in February 21, 2012, and issued a restraining order against the male victim.

Additional charges are expected to be filed if this case proceeds to trial, according to court documents.
