Clover Park to Hold Meeting on Native American Education Program

The forum will be held Thursday, May 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the Woodbrook Middle School cafeteria, 14920 Spring Street in Lakewood.

Parents, students and community members are encouraged to attend a public forum to learn more about Clover Park School District’s Native American Education program.

The forum will be held Thursday, May 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the Woodbrook Middle School cafeteria, 14920 Spring Street in Lakewood.

In compliance with federal rules and regulations, the forum will allow the public to express their concerns and give input into the 2013-14 Title VII proposal (Part C) to be submitted by the district’s Native American Education Program. The proposal is designed to meet the special education and cultural needs of Native American children living in Lakewood.
