Former Lakes, UW Standout Jermaine Kearse Makes Seahawks' Active Squad

The Seattle Seahawks just Tweeted that the wide receiver has been promoted from the practice squad to the active roster.

Former Lakes and University of Washington standout Jermaine Kearse will apparently get his chance at playing time on Sundays.

The Seattle Seahawks just posted this on its Twitter feed:

WR Jermaine Kearse & T Mike Person have been promoted from the practice squad to the active roster. WR Phil Bates signed to practice squad.
