SATURDAY: Fort Steilacoom Cross Country Invitational
The event is scheduled for 9 a.m. at Fort Steilacoom Park, 8714 87th Ave. SW in Lakewood.
Lakes High School is hosting the 16th annual Fort Steilacoom Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 9 a.m. at Fort Steilacoom Park, 8714 87th Ave. SW in Lakewood.
“This meet is one of the largest in the state with more than 65 schools participating from all over the state, as well as Oregon, California and British Columbia,” said Lakes Boys Cross Country Head Coach, Joe Clark.
In addition to the high school races, there will also be acommunity run and a free two kilometer youth run for middle school students.
