Lakes Too Much For Decatur As Lancers Earn First League Win (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Coach Nick Jensen turned to two of his seniors - Terrell Toney and Jordan Johnson - to help Lakes dig out of an early hole.

Lakes seniors Terrell Toney and Jordan Johnson are the Lancers' version of thunder and lighting.

One is as quick as lightning. The other's dunks can be louder than thunder.

But on Tuesday night against Decatur, Coach Nick Jensen wasn't looking to them to create a storm. He wanted them to help the team weather it.

Decatur's Jason Young led his team with 19 points.

The teams exchanged leads multiple times during the game, which saw the Decatur jump out to an early lead in the first quarter.

However, the Lancers fought back and trailed by only a point at halftime. The third quarter started with a backdoor lob to Johnson, who packed it over a defender and was fouled. Later, he found himself free for a breakaway dunk.

Lakes next plays at Enumclaw on Friday.
