- Returning athletes
Lakes Mahana Lutali is a state qualifier in the shotput and discus events. Brook Mortenson currently has the fourth highest mark in discus in the 3A with a toss of 108-feet, 3 inches. Anitika Knight in the triple jump and the girls' 100-meter relay.

- Key Losses
Distance runner Michaela Rasmussen (running for Easter Washington University), Tusalava Kuaia state qualifier in shotput and now competing for Tacoma Community College in volleyball), Jennifer Fofi in the hurdles and relay (military transfer).
- Head coach
Joe Clark enters his fifth year as the head coach, 15th overall.
- Coach Prediction
"This will be difficult to predict initially as we have so many young athletes," Clark said. "We should be improved and move up in the standings. How far remains to be seen.
