SATURDAY: JBLM Lewis-Main Exchange To Host Outdoor Expo
The event takes place at the Lewis-Main Exchange and will feature more than 50 hunting and fishing guides, vendors and outdoor experts.
Hunters, fishermen and anyone else who enjoys the outdoors will find a small haven Saturday at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
The Army and Air Force Exchange Service management at the JBLM Lewis-Main Exchange is hosting an outdoor expo for service members. It's scheduled from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., in the exchange's parking lot.
The event will feature more than 50 hunting and fishing guides, vendors and outdoor experts.

Organizers say it's a great opportunity for service members to visit with people from the area who enjoy the outdoor activities available in the Northwest.
Expo attendees can attend free seminars to from 17 Northwest hunting and fishing experts. Attendees are encouraged to chat with the representatives at their booths, share information, develop local contacts, and connect with people who share the same outdoor passions.

Representatives from the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Project Healing Waters, along more than 20 outdoor products manufacturers, guide services and vendors will have booths set up and be available to answer questions and discuss their products.

The JBLM Outdoor Expo is open to all active duty, National Guard, Reserve, military retiree and family members who have access to the installation.
