It's Staff Appreciation Week At Park Lodge Elementary

As we drop off our children in the morning, please remember who takes care of your child(ren) while you are away at work, school, etc.  It is a very dedicated staff that work hours upon hours weekly to provide the best education they can to your child.

I believe that sometimes we overlook the fact that our children spend a third of their day with those who are underpaid and underappreciated by most. The impression that they put on our children will last a lifetime.

Please remember to at least drop by and tell your teacher how much they are appreciated, or even send a short and sweet note in your child's bookbag.

And please do remember those in the office, too. They are just as important as the teachers. Sometimes a little appreciation goes a long way.
