Gig Harbor Film Festival and the Seattle Film Institute are teaming up to offer filmmaking classes this summer in Gig Harbor.

Gig Harbor will be home to a brand new filmmaking summer "academy" thanks to the cooperation between the and Seattle Film Institute. There will be three classes available starting in July.

Teen Program: The First Step Toward Your Dream
July 9-20, Monday – Friday

Tuition: $790 (Age appropriate, 13-18)
Introduction to Filmmaking:
Saturdays, July 21, 28, Aug 4, 11
10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Tuition: $360
The Language of Film:
Thursdays, Aug. 2, 9, 16
6:30-10:30 p.m.
Tuition: $145
