Washington State Fair Kicks Off With Cattle Drive Friday

Start the fair season off right at the Washington State Fair Rodeo Parade and Breakfast.

The Western Rodeo Parade & Cattle Drive is a great way to kick off the start of the Washington State Fair in Puyallup. The annual Cattle Drive starts at 10am and travels down Meridian Street in downtown Puyallup.

This is a non-motorized parade, including equestrian drill teamsdraft horse hitchesmilitary marching bandsgreat musical entertainmentroyalty, and cowboys on horseback.

It’s an hour-long event you won’t want to miss. Enjoy the parade, then wander down to the Fair before noon to take advantage of FREE gate admission from 9am until noon.

WASHINGTON STATE FAIR RODEO BREAKFAST

Before the Parade, come to breakfast! Join us September 6 for the Washington State Fair Rodeo Breakfast in the City of Puyallup’s Pioneer Park Pavilion from 8am - 10am. We'll be serving pancakes off the griddle, scrambled eggs, sausage and beverages.
