Volunteers Needed For Lakewood SummerFEST Triathlon
Volunteers are needed to be stationed along the bike route and run portion of the race, which is scheduled July 1 at American Lake and Fort Steilacoom Park.
The first annual Lakewood SummerFEST Triathlon will be held on Sunday, July 1 starting at 9am. If doing a ½ mile swim, 14 mile bike ride and 3.1 mile run is too much for you then join the fun in another way! The City of Lakewood is looking for volunteers to help make the race a fun and safe event. We need you!
Volunteers are needed to be stationed along the bike route and run portion of the race. The first 50 volunteers will be provided with a commemorative T-shirt. Volunteers are needed at various times from 7:00 a.m. – noon. Spend your Sunday being a part of a great community event.
