WorkSource Lakewood Affiliate Services

<p>The WorkSource Lakewood Affiliate Services office, located next to the City Hall building in the Lakewood Town Center, helps people reach their employment goals. There are 30 computer stations with Internet access. There is a resource room where counselors review resumes and provide assistance in the job referral process.</p> <p>The suite, located on the second floor, holds job hunter modules during specific times and days that help identify interests and the basic rules for completing an effective application. Job hunter modules include: Effective Resumes and Cover Letters, Interviewing Techniques and Skills and Abilities & Job Search Readiness.</p> <p>There is a printer, two fax machines, copy machine and information tables that have job announcements and other information concerning school and potential classes within the resource room.</p>
