In April 2006, the employees of M G M Property Management moved to their new home in Gig Harbor&#39;s <br> Soundview Park Business Center, and became affectionately known as &#34;that little rental company off of <br> Soundview Drive&#34;. Since 1985, M G M had been a very successful company. In the Winter of 2011, <br> bankruptcy of the brothers who owned the company resulted in the sale of the companies assets.<br> <br> Although there was an attempt by the employees of the company to salvage the business and to maintain it&#39;s<br> accounts, it soon became obvious that in order to continue to be the little rental company off of Soundview,<br> all ties with the former owners and their associates would have to be severed.<br> <br> In January 2012, we celebrated the opening of our new management company in our old office off of<br> Soundview Drive and appropriately named it &#34;Soundview Property Management&#34;. We would like to thank our <br> long-time customers, friends, family, and business associates who stood by us during this rebuilding process, <br> offering their support and encouragement throughout every step of the way. To those of you who are just now <br> finding us again, we would like to say Welcome Back !<br> <br> Our management process is simple, offer good clean rental properties to good tenants, and help those property <br> owners maintain their properties. We take a realistic approach to rental pricing by constantly performing analysis<br> of comparable properties in the Pierce County area. We customize each management agreement to meet a<br> property owners specific plan for their property, and for those who wish to manage their property themselves,<br> we offer rent-up programs that will locate a tenant and advise the property owner on the do&#39;s and don&#39;ts of renting.<br> We offer both our Rent-Up and Full Management services to owners of Single Family Homes, Condominiums,<br> Duplex, Tri-Plex, and Four-Plex units, as well as small Apartment Buildings of 30 units or less.<br> <br> Our company is small ( 4 humans and 1 cat ), but growth is on the horizon. However, for our size, we cover a lot <br> of ground serving all areas of Pierce County, and parts of Kitsap and Thurston county. Regardless of where the<br> rental may be, our tenants benefit from the ability to make on-line rent payments, on-line repair and maintenance <br> requests, and always have access to our 24 hour emergency line. We make every effort to keep our tenants<br> happy, because after all, they are actually YOUR tenants. They don&#39;t rent forever, but lets keep them for as long as <br> we can.
